We will not sell to you and split. Should your new or existing project require any future training, service or support, our service department will work toward resolution until you are satisfied. We will educate your team on our integration, live event production or our progress during a service call, ensuring that everyone is comfortable with the technology we introduce and fluent in its operation and management. 

Our service department exists to serve you better, which includes several components designed to benefit you as we constantly strive to achieve our company’s mission, To Create Dynamic Sensory Experiences.

Requests for service and support are made easy with our adoption of Freshdesk, an online portal where you can create an account and take advantage of their multiple helpful tools to submit tickets to request support, live chat* with our service manager and monitor the progress of your requests.

If social media is your preferred avenue of communication, we've integrated Freshdesk into our Facebook page, or you can tweet us @LiveSpaceAVL. And, on your iOS device, you can download the free Freshdesk app.

Training & Professional Development

Our warehouse, TheShop, is fully equipped for on-site training where we are happy to host any level of educational instruction, hands-on production preparation or previews of new equipment and product lines. Our experienced team is also at the ready to guest speak in front of an audience at the AVL industry's most respected conferences and conventions.
