We’re happy to announce that we’ve recently launched a new Service Department in order to benefit and serve our customers better.
Requests for service and support are now made easy with our adoption of Freshdesk. It’s an online portal where you can create an account and take advantage of their multiple helpful tools to submit tickets, to request support, live chat with our service department, monitor the progress of your requests and where we can manage all of our customers’ needs with streamlined efficiency. With this portal available, we are encouraging all of our customers to begin using this method for getting in touch with our support staff. In order to reward you for using Freshdesk to submit your requests, we are offering a lower per hour Service Call rate.
